HOW  TO  ORDER  AND  DELIVERY

ขั้นตอนการสั่ง DJ Poom Menu

• 1. Make your selection by clicking below your desired menu and choosing the quantity.

• 2. Click "Confirm selection" at the bottom of the page once finished making your selection  (zooming in with your smart phone may cause the button to disappear, please simply zoom out to locate the button).

• 3. You will be taken to a confirmation page which will outline your menu selection, quantity and price.

• 4. Please choose between Pickup or Delivery and simply fill in the appropriate details and press ‘Confirm Order’ If you have not provided the correct information, you may not be able to confirm your order.

• 5. A confirmation e-mail will immediately be sent to you. The e-mail will contain your order code which you can use to track your order plus payment details. If you did not receive this confirmation e-mail, please look in your Junk Mail folder.

• 6. For customers who prefer delivery, please make payment and send the payment details to LINE @djpoommenu. Please also specify your name and order number.

• 7. Prior to delivery, a DJ Poom Menu staff will contact you to confirm your delivery time and location.

Important information customers should know:

• Receiving your order: Pickup is only available at DJ Poom Menu (Rama 6 - Aree branch) and Delivery available only in Bangkok and nearby provinces.

• Chilled food: Our products are delivered “chilled” to maintain better quality
  *** if you would like your order hot, please inform our team. ***

• Please order at least 2 hour in advance.

• Payment: Bank transfer, Credit card (advanced payment recommended).

• Delivery: We deliver by motorcycle (you can check delivery fees at Delivery Map below)

• Confirmation: Prior to delivery, a DJ Poom Menu staff will contact you to confirm your delivery time and location.

• Shelf life – 3 days in fridge and up to 20 days in freezer.

• Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri 09.00 am. - 7.00 pm. /  Sat-Sun (National Holidays) 09:00 am. - 6:00 pm.
